Brokerage activity is the acceptance and transmission of orders for securities or foreign currency transactions from clients, as well as the execution of securities or foreign currency transactions on behalf of the Company or the client and at the client's expense.
Advisory
We provide clients with investment-related investment advice, securities trading research, financial analysis, and other general investment advice and dissemination.
Best Effort Underwriting
We do best effort underwriting of securities issued by legal entities. In the case of best effort underwriting, the underwriter undertakes to execute the best efforts to place the entire volume of securities issue on the primary market, but does not guarantee the issuance of issued securities in the primary market.
Foreign Exchange Operations
The company offers its customers currency conversion services, including spot, swap and forward transactions. Signing foreign currency deals gives you the opportunity to purchase quoted currencies by the company at competitive rates.
