(2) The costs associated with providing additional information to sub-custodians (for example, attestations, confirmations, etc.) are not included in the Commission of Landmark Capital CJSC, and are subject to be reimbursed at the Client's expense.

(3)The costs of paying commissions of credit institutions for the transfer of funds in Russian Rubles, US Dollars, Euros and other foreign currencies, including payment for currency control services, are not included in LANDMARK CAPITAL CJSC remuneration, and are subject to be reimbursed at the Client's expense.

** Does not apply when the funds are withdrawn based on a currency purchase and sale agreement.

¹ Account opening fee is one time payment paid in favor of CJSC "Landmark Capital" regardless of the services provided and the number of accounts opened. If the fee is not paid within 3 months, the account is closed automatically

² The rate is available exclusively for financial institutions. It covers consulting on depository trasactions and special unit rates for depository/custody services.

3 Value of bonds is calculated at nominal price. The value of shares, depository receipts and other securities except bonds is calculated at the market price of the previous day's closing, unless otherwise agreed upon

4 In case of transfering securities in No Change of Beneficial Ownership (NCBO) terms, or as part of the transfer of securities in the event of universal succession.
A fee is charged when registering a transfer of ownership.

5 In case of transfering securities in Change of Beneficial Ownership(CBO) terms

6 The value of shares and other securities, except for bonds, is calculated at the market price on the last calendar day of the month. In case of withdrawal/write-off of securities during the month, the settlement is based on the closing market price of the previous day from the date of the withdrawal/write-off of securities. The calculation is made on the basis of the number of calendar days of custody.

7 Subject to covering Landmark Capital's costs. Any cost in excess of this will be charged with 25% mark-up.
